Processing
We process all our own Berkshire hogs. We built the butcher shop on our farm in 2007, and undertook large renovations in January of 2009 to increase production and efficiency. Last year we also built a small addition to hold the smokehouse and add more cooler and production space.

Hanging meat

Because we personally butcher and process our hogs, we can ensure that you receive the best cuts and highest quality berkshire pork product.

It truly is a family farm as everyone in the family helps out when needed.
